Tasting notes:
Superiore is a unique wine, born from the land where it originates. Tasting it, you understand how the sea, the sun, and the wind of Sardinia all come together in the slow and perfect ripening of the grapes. Superiore is a wine with a fresh and intense bouquet, with balsamic and medicinal herb notes typical of the Mediterranean scrub: myrtle, mastic, rockrose, rosemary, helichrysum. It has a ruby red color that ignites a warm taste that imparts a savory freshness to the palate.
Refinement:
Refinement in French oak barrels, second passage, with fine grain, for 17/18 months, followed by an additional 6 months of Refinement in steel barrels and a final refinement in the bottle for at least 6 months.

Sustainability
All our vineyards are certified organic, irrigated only in a state of emergency and cultivated according to low environmental impact practices. Small vineyards, less than one hectare, surrounded by Mediterranean and wild plants that maintain local biodiversity.
The electricity used is 100% from renewable sources. Used packaging has the least possible environmental impact.
The furnishing of the cellar and the reception areas was mainly obtained from recovered and recycled materials and objects.
